Nathaniel "Nat" Ho is a Singaporean actor who is most notable for his debut in the show, Honour and Passion (宝家卫国). He is one of the up-and-coming artistes in MediaCorp.

After four years in the industry, Nat finalised his plans in May 2010 to leave MediaCorp after his contract with the TV station expires in June 2010.

He has emphasised that he will still be in Entertainment and will be shifting his focus to Singing.

Career

Nat Ho was originally one of the Top 30 contestants in the inaugural season of Singapore Idol in 2004.

He was also awarded the ‘Most Promising Artiste’ in 2004, by the Singapore Armed Forces Music and Drama Company. Nat’s first foray into acting was in MediaCorp's English idol drama, Shooting Stars. Following that, Nat snagged the lead role in a local feature film, Smell of Rain.

While pursuing his diploma in Mass Communications, Nat dabbled in modeling after he was discovered by a modeling agent. His portfolio includes clients like M1, Lipton Tea, KFC, Marina Square Shopping Centre and Tiger Balm.

He also did freelance work as a backup dancer for a few commercial jobs, which included Indian International Film Academy Awards'04 and Miss Singapore Universe'06 to name a few. During his modelling period, he also did freelance acting, and landed his first ever acting gig, in the independent Mandarin feature film, Smell of Rain《雨之味》.

The following year, he was signed on with MediaCorp and cast in his first drama series Honour and Passion 《宝家卫国》, which earned him a Best Newcomer nomination in Star Awards 2007.

In 2008, he was made the ambassador for Nivea for Men (a variety of men's skincare products) as well as Audio Technica (a Japanese audio-equipment company). His endorsement with *Crocodile, a local fashion house brand which he was endorsing since 2007, was also renewed. Nat was also featured in the NDP MTV that year (2008).

Nat Ho attended the Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), and was a member of the school's award-winning choir for 4 years, followed by Anglo-Chinese Junior College, for another 2 years with the choir.
